Orders placed in Month A will ship by the middle of Month B. They should take about 1~2 weeks to arrive from Japan.

Returns & Exchanges

As a rule, we do not accept returns from overseas. We take extraordinary care in quality control, but should you find defect in the product, please let us know. We will send you a replacement. (contact us)

Cancellation Policy

You may stop your subscription at any time. We will never charge you beyond the pencils that have already been sent. Should you cancel now in Month A, you will not receive pencils starting in Month B.

We respect your privacy. Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, disclosed or loaned! Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. Payment will be settled in Japanese yen.
2. You credit card company may charge you a foreign transaction fee. Please check with your issuing bank.
3. You might incur customs duty and/or customs charge. This depends on various random situations in each country and is outside our control.

Your pencils are shipped out of Japan via EMS mid-month every month. It normally takes 1~2 weeks to reach destination.
